what to expect at triage
1. you fill out my inquiry form
This is where you spill the tea about whatās happening and where youāre struggling in your Notion space. You can even include a video recording of your space to give me a really good picture.
2. go do something else
Iāll be busy reviewing your responses and lurking through your Notion pages so I can collect the right info to help you. Then, Iāll start writing your report!
3. receive your audit (yay!)
Within 7-14 days, Iāll upload your report to the Gumroad portal. Youāll get an email from Gumroad, and your audit is gonna be a PDF with a link to the actual Notion page.
Inside your Notion Triage Report, youāll find:
- whatās working, whatās not, and what to do about it
- quick fixes for fast relief
- deeper improvements thatāll actually stick
- reminders to help you use Notion in a way that supports your brain
4. take some time to read through your report + implement
Thereās usually A LOT of info to process and integrate, so take your time to let it all marinate before you implement (unless you get inspired to implement RIGHT NOW IMMEDIATELY š)
5. and if you get the 2 week support upgradeā¦
Youāll have 14 days of implementation support with me via email!
When you feel ready, you can use this time to word vomit your thoughts, share with me the progress of your implementation, or get extra help with editing your Notion space.

things you might be wondering before you book
how long will it take to get back my report?
It takes me 7-14 days to get your report back to you. I take my time to review your responses and Notion space to give you the best info for your situation, so that takes me a lil while.
do I need to give you access to my Notion workspace?
Nope! You can record a video of your space (with a tool like Loom, Fathom, or Canva) and send me the recording of the link.
If thereās something specific you wanna show me and need me to click buttons or otherwise interact with your space, then Iād need access.
how will I get my Notion report?
I upload it to your portal in Gumroad as a PDF. Within that PDF, thereāll be a link to the Notion page that your Notion report lives in!
can I get a refund if Iām not happy with the report?
No. Since Notion Triage reports are a digital product that I put a lot of expertise into, refunds arenāt possible. However, if for some reason itās not what you expected, reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving your report so we can discuss it.
can I get extra support after getting my report?
Of course! For an additional cost, you get 14 days of email support for any follow up questions, updates or implementation hurdles you may have. Youāll get a response within 48 hours, but I might respond sooner if Iām online.
will you build me something in the report?
Nope! This report is all about you implementing on your own. If you need a live session to help you build in Notion, thereās Ask the Oracle. If you want to have your workspace updated without you having to lift a finger, thereās The Notion Concierge!
