As a neurodivergent, chronically ill babe myself, I spent literal decades trying to follow neurotypical, abled strategy for business and systems. But it never stuck.
Everything changed when I stopped shaming myself for being unconventional and started building systems that met me where I was. That’s when my productivity soared, and business started to feel wayyyy more easeful.
I’ve spent almost 15 years in operations, customer service, and admin at startups and small businesses – including my own – so I’ve seen what works and what burns neurodivergent folks out.
I bring all of that experience to the table – plus an insatiable curiosity that keeps me learning and trying new shit 🔬
