As a neurodivergent and chronically ill babe, I’ve spent literal decades trying to follow neurotypical, abled advice for productivity and systems that never stuck. I'm very intimate with creating unique solutions to everyday problems, and accommodating my unconventional productivity needs.
My approach prioritizes acceptance over judgment, satisfaction and ease, and authenticity over perfection – with experimentation and play being the foundation of my work. Productivity is actually fun when you don’t take yourself or your systems too seriously 🙂↕️
We had a great landing page and organized resources, but it was lacking the feeling of a true gathering space where we would look at a "bulletin board" of things happening now and in the near future.
This redesign of our Notion workspace went beyond changing where links were located–it was a foundation up rebuild and all of it was designed to work well with the brains involved in this project.

Why Upwork? So we don’t have to fuss about recurring invoices, allowing for smoother payments. It also allows us to have all our info in one place, instead of in multiple places in email. That means we can just focus on what we’re building together 🙂↕️
This call is for those who prefer to have more ‘in-person’ interaction before the start of the project. It’s less about sussing out the vibe (cos we already know the vibes are immaculate), and more about connecting as client and service provider. If you’re not the type to need this, we’ll skip it.
Although I’m doing all the heavy lifting of building this space for you, it’s also very collaborative. I want to create a Notion space that you’ll actually use (and not just abandon when life takes the piss) so your input is required.
I build in phases, and your input would be required after (and sometimes during) each phase:
After phases 1 and 2, you’ll give me your feedback through Notion comments. I’ll make tweaks based on your feedback, but those tweaks are limited based on the timeline, budget and scope of the project.
Once I’m done with the SOPs, I’ll give you the go ahead to try out your final space while I make sure I didn’t miss anything. If there are any minor tweaks, I’ll make em here. If there aren’t any tweaks, I’ll hand over your space so you can get started using it ASAP.
Handover depends on where your shiny new space lives:
Depending on the project, you might also get a lil ✨designer’s notes doc✨ from me—especially if your build had lots of visual stuff or specific setup choices I want you to know about.
In Upwork (remember we’re using that), I’ll submit the link to the final Notion space as the completed project. You’ll only have to hit <approve> to complete the project, and that settles the admin and payments for the project ✅
Because you’re at the stage in business where you don’t have the time or spoons to fuck around with improving your systems. Because your brain is filled with enough without having to become an expert in Yet Another Thing. Because DIYing your Notion space has failed you before and it’s why you’re here 😉
Custom Notion builds start at $3000, but if you have a specific budget for a build, we might be able to work something out to support your needs. The scope will have to be reduced, so you can't expect a full dashboard, client portal with SOPs for, like, $100
Custom Notion workspaces take at least 4 weeks to be completed, with more complicated builds taking 8-12 weeks or more.

Aside from being the only Sue-Jan Noreiga I know, I'm a neurodivergent being whose superpower is creative problem solving. As a neurodivergent person, I'm very intimate with creating unique solutions to everyday problems, and accommodating my unconventional productivity needs.
I don't ascribe to neurotypical cis-hetero white male standards of productivity, so you'll never find me pushing my clients into boxes that obviously don't fit them. I'm always gonna encourage you to be a little delulu, and experiment with different ways of being productive.
Upwork allows my clients and I to feel safe and secure in our payment workflows so we don’t have to fuck about with the admin and focus on collaborating. So if using Upwork doesn’t work for you, we might not be a fit!
